Itchy

All of this cold, dry weather is making me itchy. Sometimes when I am laying in bed, trying to fall asleep I get and itch, so I'll scratch it, then I get another itch, and another and it drives me crazy. It's got to be psychological, there's no way I am that itchy. As soon as I get my mind off the itches and ignore them, they go away. Even as I type this I am getting itches all over the place. I have to change the subject.

I have a couple of suggestions to remedy your problem:

1. Shower more often
2. When you do begin to shower regularly, use a moisturizing soap.
3. Stop wearing those cheap-ass sweaters you sometimes sport. The fabric is probably eating you up (literally).
4. Apply a liberal amount of lotion to the affected areas (please don't tell me what those areas are, though!)
5. Pray
6. Ask a buddy for a little "you-scratch-mine; I'll-scratch-yours" reciprocating action (J. Raitz might be a good candidate. I hear he has a strong stomach.)
7. Shower with a lotion-based soap.
8. Just shower more, period.
9. Try to use an all-cotton towel when drying off. Those paper towels you get from the gas station restroom can't be doing your skin any favors, dude.
10. Try showering more often.
11. Name it and claim it, brother! Let go and let God, Wes!!! Be healed! (This is where I'd hit you on the forehead. In your case, it's more like a "five-head.")
