Juno

So, I finally saw Juno the other night and I have to say I wasn't as impressed as I had hoped to be. It was a good movie but I guess people hyped it up so much I was waiting to be blown away. I thought the language was very witty and creative though. I definitely heard some words I have never heard before.
I would say it's renter than a ticketer.

I did enjoy the trailer for Be Kind Rewind, which is Michel Gondry and Charlie Kauffman's new film. It looks really good. Kauffman and Gondry are the guys who wrote and directed Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. Kauffman wrote and directed Adaptation and Begin John Malkovich and Gondry did Science of Sleep. Needless to say this movie should be really creative.

I'm sad that Juno was over-hyped for you. I thought it was great.

I'm also really glad for Be Kind, Rewind...it's on my list of movies to see.

Wait, blogging identity issues? really?

and TWO holy craps? I know it was a stupid move but I think TWO holy craps is a little harsh.

I think Juno is one of the best "teen" movies ever. For that genre, it was great to see a moview with a fairly good overall message.
